Something New
For Learning and Design class, we were challenged to learn something new and document it in a video referencing learning theories and ideas from our studies. Here is my video on Louisiana Cooking, an attempt to show my entry as a newcomer to this community of Louisiana cooking. Close inspection will reveal foundations of Vygotsky, Brown & Duguid, and Lave & Wenger, and connections to communities of practice.
